Sandra Harris

Wii Estes, Sandra is from the Witsuwit’en Nation of the Likhsilyu, Little Frog Clan and is a member of the Witset First Nation. She lives as a grateful guest, on the ancestral and Gitxsan laxyip. Sandra is an Indigenous community developer and an Indigenous Focusing Complex Trauma (IFOT) practitioner. As a facilitator and planning mentor, she shares body centered and land-based ways to find a pathway and grow through complex trauma/toxic stress. Sandra also offers various holistic wellness centered training or workshops. She is also a master level Reiki helper, and has spent 16 months as a trauma informed cultural support worker at the Indian Residential School Survivors Society working with elders, MMIWG2S+ including men and boys, and in crisis response. Sandra is a PhD candidate at UNBc in the NRES program.
